- Please inform JOA if you or a member of your family is not feeling well or have been exposed to someone who is tested positive for COVID-19.
- Please keep 6 foot distance between you and JOA staff.
- Please wipe down all surfaces when leaving.
- Please leave out the wipes or disinfectant cleaner you prefer JOA to use. JOA will wipe down all surfaces at the end of the visit.
- Face masks are required for all Meet & Greets regardless of vaccination status.
- For overnight stays please strip the bed of sheets, blankets, pillows. We will bring our own lines for your safety.
- For overnights stays please remove all towels, again JOA will bring their own towels for your safety.
